Introduction
This page will include substantial information about mobile phone masts in Southampton, including the spectrum and technologies they broadcast, their backhaul and photos. At the time this page was created, Southampton was a Vodafone Host Beacon Nokia zone about to undergo South Vendor Swap to Ericsson. The hope is to document these swaps, alongside masts from EE and 3.
The Mast Details
All operator mast on Western Esplanade
Vodafone and O2, Vodafone Nokia lead, site on the top stack. Huawei triple band antennas (UG09VT/U21T/L21V) and dual band (L08VT/G18VT). Nokia RRUs visible.

EE, 3, Vodafone and O2 rooftop mast near the centre of Southampton. EE and 3 occupy the left antennas, a single band Kathrein Antenna for U21/3 L18, and two triple band Huaweis for EE GL18/L26, the L26 2T4R 3350+3179 (this side of the building has two sectors for EE 1800/2600). Vodafone host, O2 sharer on the right set with triple band Huawei panel and an old disconnected legacy Alan Dick antenna.
